A perfect hotel to stay in with a night layover. The staff was helpful and friendly. I ate dinner in the restaurant and it was very good. Grilled salmon and a sauté of vegetables. Breakfast was also very nice with lots of choice.

Hotel is on a major highway, very loud and busy. Hotel construction going on, so you hear sawing and hammering. Also a bad smell. Staff was very nice, friendly, helpful and professional. Be sure to get on the right shuttle bus because there are two Hotel Barcelona’s. This is affiliated with Melia’…..I had to walk to the correct one which is about a mile away…I passed someone else walking to the one I first went to and they gave me instructions on how to cut thru a gas station. Would have been a lovely rainy walk if I didn’t have my luggage.
