Spacious Condo near Sagrada Familia

This apartment is located in the perfect location close to shops, restaurants, transportation and Sagrada Família. There was plenty of space for a family of four adults. Nicely renovated. The walls are quite thin, so we could hear the family upstairs with a noisy child, but luckily they put him/her to bed at around 9pm every night. Currently there seems to be quite a bit of construction going on in the building, so quite noisy during the day (though we knew about this beforehand). Also, it could certainly use some better quality pillows. But overall, the location of this property trumps all the negatives. We enjoyed our stay!

Very convenient central locationWe were mislead about construction noise - not listed on Vrbo, just mentioned in a paragraph in our check in instructions after it was too late to cancelConstant smell of smoke from people in the alleywaysVery thin walls - could hear a baby at all hoursRan out of toilet paper and paper towels and laundry pods after 2 daysHost was willing to help us with a broken water heater but it needed to be more prompt. They did communicate okay and offered a discount because we were without hot water for the first 2 days of the tripOverall, nice place, just bring earplugs and be prepared for some inconveniences

Urlaub mit Familie

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt. Wir waren als Familie mit drei Kindern da und das Apartment hatte alles was wir brauchten. Es ist sehr sauber und schick. Im Wohnzimmer ist ein Sofa - zwei wären schöner . Überzeugt hat uns die Gegend- die angenehmen Nachbarn und die Sauberkeit des Apartments. Die Badezimmer sind auch gut. Es gibt keinen Balkon und keine Spülmaschine -muss ich überlesen haben. Was am meisten störend ist ,sind die nicht atmungsfähigen Wände - die für eine schlechte Luft in der Wohnung sorgen. Da die gesamte Wohnung zum Hof zeigt ist auch mit offenem Fenster die Luft nicht unbedingt besser.Das Apartment ist gut geschnitten und die Sagradia Familia ist um die Ecke.
