À part l'emplacement... Une catastrophe !

Chambre 301 donnant sur la rue très bruyante. En plus, on entend les personnes de la chambre d'à côté comme s'ils étaient dans notre chambre. Le ménage est bâclé. La salle de bain est une horreur : il y a énormément de calcaire sur le pommeau de douche et le plafond est cassé et coupé, il est remplacé à moitié par une planche. La chambre est trop petite donc impossible de mettre notre valise au sol, on l'a mise sur la table. C'est une honte de donner cette chambre à un client! Dans le personnel, il n'y a que la personne typée asiatique qui est sympa sinon les autres on dirait qu'ils sont en dépression. Le seul point positif est l'emplacement. Bref je n'y retournerai jamais!

I would not stay here again!

The only good thing about his hotel was the location, very centrally located next to a Metro station and with lots of great things to see nearby. The room however was poorly cleaned, the furniture was in bad shape, the sheets had holes in them, the shower wasn't working properly and was leaking into the rest of the bathroom. Also you cannot leave the AC on during the day so the room was very hot when we arrived at night and took a long time to cool down. I wouldn't stay here again, way to expensive for the services it offered.

Solo ubicacion excepcional

Hotel muy viejo y anticuado. Poca Limpieza. Baño completamente insuficiente. El personal de recepcion muy secos pero correctos. El personal de la cafeteria adjunta para el desayuno lo mejor. Una chavalita morenita y un chaval joven. El parking, en carril bus imposible ni para dejar la maleta. 1 noche de parking-saba 54 €. Lo dejamos en uno que nos indicaron en recepcion 15 €, a tres paradas de metro, pero bien.

Summer vacation

The location was phenomenal! It was a fairly comfortable stay. It has an attached restaurant/cafe, it is just next door to a bakery, and down the road from one of the coolest cafes in town (Sweetophelia Cafe). The only issue we had was some minor cleanliness issues upon our arrival however this was not a big deal at all and we would definitely book again in the future!

Vacaciones en Urquinaona - Barcelona

Lo mejor que tiene el hotel es la ubicación realmente! es espectacular!! Vas caminando a todos lados. Esta ubicado justo en el límite de la ciudad vieja y ciudad nueva. Es muy lindo el barrio tiene muchos lugares para comer, desayunar, picar, tomar algo. Muy bueno. Lo malo, la habitación era muy pequeña, estaba un poco sucio, el servicio de limpieza no era bueno. Las sabanas estaban rotas con marcas de cigarrillos. Y Ademas súper ruidoso!

Good location to get around

Don' expect your room to be luxury. AC didn't work. Nice hotel staff is nice, will recommend places to eat. They ordered for us tickets to Flamenco show and Park Guel in minutes. Breakfast is no good, it's better to go outside and buy a good breakfast it's not expensive at all.

Albergo molto sporco!

Abbiamo pernottato presso l'albergo per 4 notti. Appena arrivati abbiamo constatato che il bagno era in condizioni igieniche pessime: ciocche di capelli sparse sul pavimento e sul piatto doccia. Abbiamo segnalato la situazione alla recepionist, la quale ci ha assicurato maggior accortezza, ma ben poco è cambiato! Moquette della stanza da letto sporchissima, con zolle di terra rimaste lì per tutto il soggiorno. Mobilio fatiscente. Lenzuola pulite ma mai cambiate. L'unico plauso è stato il cambio degli asciugamani giornaliero, forse perché li mettevamo volutamente sul pavimento per farie cambiare! Il pregio dell'albergo è la posizione strategica.
