Beach apartment, very luminous, located right in front of the sea. At 10 meters from the beach and overlooking the sea. Enjoy the sunrise from the terrace. It also has a communal pool and private parking for two cars! 
 
 THE SPACE 
This bright and cozy apartment is located right in front of the beach (10 meters from the sand!), with a capacity for 7 people. Ideal for beach lovers. 
 
The apartment has three bedrooms:
- Bedroom with double bed
- Bedroom with double bed
- Bedroom with double bed + 2 single beds and private bathroom.
They all have ceiling fans. 
 
There are a total of 3 bathrooms in the apartment, one with a bathtub and one with a shower. 
 
The kitchen is spacious, with enough space for cooking, and is fully equipped with everything you may need during your stay. 
 
The dining room is distributed in two spaces: a TV area with two sofas, perfect for relaxing after a sunny day at the beach, and a gallery with natural light, ideal for a mid-afternoon reading! The gallery also communicates with one of the double bedrooms. 
 
The apartment overlooks the sea and also has a small terrace just above the beach. Ideal to enjoy a glass of wine, watch the sunrise, or breathe the sea breeze on a calm day... The living room has air conditioning. The rooms do not have AC equipment, but they all have a ceiling fan installed, and they are north-oriented, which means that the sun does not hit them directly, and thus they are fresher, specially useful in summer. The location of the house, just by the sea, really helps cool the house off with the breeze!
 
This apartment is ideal to be close to the beach, especially practical for sea lovers! 
In addition, the apartment also has a communal pool available to guests, as well as private parking. 
 
The apartment is located in Sant Vicenç de Montalt, one of the villages that form the union of Les Tres Vil·les in the Maresme area, along with Sant Andreu de Llavaneres and Caldetes.
 
The accommodation is close to restaurants and supermarkets, and also to a large children's playground. The entrance to the house is on the Passeig dels Anglesos, a walkway that runs along the sea line through different villages.

 GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
The Maresme is a region to fall in love with: Barcelona on one side and the Costa Brava on the other, just a short drive away!
 
In the Maresme region, there are spacious family beaches for playing football and volleyball, with calm waters and golden sand. Just a few kilometres from the house there are equestrian centres, golf courses, tennis clubs, yacht clubs, and the internationally renowned Outlet Shopping Centre "La Roca Village".
 

Sant Vicenç de Montalt is a coastal village, very quiet and familiar, just a few kilometres from Barcelona. Throughout the village, there are several restaurants renowned for their typical cuisine, good paellas and fresh fish.
 
You can enjoy different nautical offers such as surfing, windsurfing, paddle surfing, snorkelling, sailing... and walks along the sea to watch the sunrise or sunset!

 
   HOW TO GET AROUND THE AREA   
   PRIVATE TRANSPORT   
We advise on how to combine the use of private transport with the use of public transport. In the area, there are trains, buses, and taxis and you can get around on foot. 
 
- PRIVATE CAR: In this location, it is not essential to rent a car, as the house is close to the centre, right in front of the beach, and a 10-minute walk from the train station of Caldes d'Estrac (Caldetes, for the locals). However, we always recommend having a car if you wish to explore the area, shop or visit the neighbouring villages.
 
 
   PUBLIC TRANSPORT   

There are different services and lines that connect Sant Vicenç de Montalt with the surrounding area and with Barcelona
 
- Cab/Taxi: There is a local cab service.
It is necessary to contact in advance to organize any transfer.
 
- Bus: Day and night services.
Connections with the train station, other towns in the Maresme area and the city of Barcelona.
 
- Train: The house is located a 10-minute walk from the train station Renfe of Caldes d'Estrac.
 
The journey to Barcelona (Plaza Catalunya) takes 50 minutes.



 
 
   BARCELONA   
The city is about 35 minutes away by car.
At the moment, there is legislation/restrictions about vehicles that can circulate in the city. For more information, you can search for ZBE Barcelona (Zona de Bajas Emisiones - Zona de Baixes Emissions).
 
IMPORTANT: Vehicles registered outside Spain are not classified according to the criteria of the DGT’s environmental label. That is why all foreign vehicles must be registered in the Metropolitan Register to travel through the ZBEs of the metropolis of Barcelona.

   HOUSE RULES   
- It is not available to groups under 25 years old.
 
- The Rental Contract of the property for Tourist Season will be accepted upon reservation and will be signed before the closing ceremony.
 
- Acceptance of the deposit. This will be done upon arrival by pre-authorization with a credit card.
 
- All persons making the reservation must identify themselves by showing their identity card. They will be requested before and during the welcome.
 
- During your stay, minors must always be supervised by an adult, they are the sole responsibility of their parents/guardians.
 
- It is also necessary to remove the garbage periodically to avoid odors and brutality. There are containers in the street, very close to the house.
 
- Between all of us we have to respect and preserve the resources we have, if you please, avoid waste and negligent use of resources.
Waste, abusive consumption, or negligent use of electricity, water, and gas is not included and can be deducted from the deposit.
 
  IT'S NOT ALLOWED   
- Host or invite more people than those registered on the reservation form.
 
- Perform noisy activities (music, loud conversations...) from 21:00 and before 09:00 in the morning.It is very important to respect the rest of our neighbours.
 
- Organize events, parties, and bachelor parties, as well as any inappropriate behaviour.
 - Use bath towels for the beach or pool. The return of these in poor condition will incur an additional cost. 
We have a service to rent pool/beach towels. 
 
- Guests are not allowed to smoke inside the house; if they wish, they can smoke in the exterior spaces of the property.In this case, use ashtrays and respect the garden areas, terraces, and/or balconies.
 
- Electric vehicles cannot be charged using the house power
 
- Groups of students are not allowed.

- No pets allowed

 We are very strict with the rules because the houses we help manage are not located in tourist areas. Properties are in the urbanizations very quiet and we want (we need) to preserve the coexistence between visitors and residents.

Sonniges Apartment, tolle Lage

Kommunikation im Vorfeld und Einchecken perfekt. Die Lage und Parkmöglichkeiten (im Haus und Umgebung) sehr gut. Laufnähe zum Hafen. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und sicher. Die Wohnung ist ideal geschnitten und der Wohnbereich top! Essbereich mit traumhaften Meerblick und ultragemütliche Sitzecken. 3 Schlafzimmer mit 3 Bädern. Wir kommen hoffentlich bald wieder!
