Excellent place to stay in the Born area.

We really enjoyed our stay in Born. It was perfect for our family of 3 and really loved the location in a vibrant neighborhood.

Great Location, comfortable apartment

Great location - walking distance to a ton of areas. Comfortable apartment - well lit / lots of windows, good size. Carrying suitcases up the flights of narrow stairs was a challenge.

On the edge of el born

Lovely apartment on edge of foody area. Lots of stairs to get to apartment so be ready for that. About 5 mins walk to good restaurants

Great location, caution if you have small children.

Overall the location was good and the apartment was spacious. The unit is on the third floor and the staircase is narrow and winding. There is no elevator. We stayed with our infant and carrying a baby, bags and a stroller up and down the stairs each time we went out was a pain. Also, the neighbors are pretty sensitive to sound. Our infant was fussy/cried for maybe 5-10 minutes while going to sleep and the neighbors complained to property management. We got a message that said something like, stop all noise immediately. The unit did advertise having a crib available and there were several stored in the closet. The people we interacted with were nice, but there was a disconnect between the people who checked us in and property management. Overall, it wasn't bad and we would stay there again if we didn't have a small child with us.

Do not stay here!!!

It was dark, there were ants, the place is completely run down and shabby. Cracked porcelain tile countertop in kitchen. Chipped shower floor. There is no way we would even consider eating in the unit. We moved hotels after two nites because we were so disgusted. Online photos are completely deceiving!
