“Horrible communication. Took hours to get the check in info because the system was down to register and did not receive until after an hour spent looking for the place. Arrived to an uncleaned apartment with all of the beds used, food/pans on the stove and garbage in the front entry way that stunk. Asked for a refund and was told I had to go through hotels.com which meant another hour in the phone. Still have not been refunded my tourist taxes despite repeatably asking. Had to drive another hour……

"Great value in the Dolomites! The hotel is stunning, with clean and spacious rooms. The balcony view is incredible. Enjoy complimentary breakfast and a welcome drink in the evening. The staff is very friendly. If you want to avoid high prices in Cortina, which is only a 20-minute drive away, this is the perfect place. Plus, there's free parking!"
