「Positives -
The balcony is genuinely useful for drying clothes and towels. On-site parking is a major plus in Hossegor as street parking is a nightmare, though spaces fill quickly. The location itself is excellent and easily walkable to both the lake and town centre.
Negatives -
Check-in & Access: The door code didn't work. We had to trek back to reception, which is in a different building on a different street—information you only discover after arrival. They issued a replacement...

「Le Personnel est très bien. Ils font avec les moyens qu'on leur donne et ils font au mieux...
La résidence est vétuste. Odeurs très désagréable des sanitaires très tenace. On a du passer du désodorisant et de la javel mais l'odeur est restée. Idem pour le coin cuisine.
Les 4 étoiles indiqué sur cette annonce ne correspondent pas à la réalité.
S'ils avaient vendu cela comme un gîte 2 épis, je n'aurais pas commenté. Mais ce n'est pas un gîte 4 étoiles. A savoir.
