「The air conditioner is not working on my first day, I am asking to change other room, they told me you have just requested on it, and we do provide you the air conditioner in room, just to refuse all I m asking. The lift is not working since my third day to stay. When it comes to recall the hotel that I had in my life, Gremes Carat Hotel is the most horrible hotel that I have ever had. Those staff are not too helpful. It states the hotel located near train station, but it takes me a bit time...

Der Staubsauger braucht einen neuen Filter (basiered auf der Sauberkeit des Bodens) Kein sicherer Weg vom Flughafen zum Hotel.」
