Le service de l'hôtel allait bien, juste une chose, nous sommes arrivés très tard à presque minuit, le responsable nous a dit que la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas, qu'en raison des inconvénients qu'il nous donnerait le petit déjeuner gratuit, il n'y avait pas d'option à minuit si nous devions accepter. C'était très désagréable.

The hotel was clean and well maintained, with good housekeeping throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the location was quite disappointing, with very little to see or do nearby. The beds were also quite hard, which made them less comfortable. Overall, a clean hotel, but the location and comfort could be improved.

Staff was really lovely and welcoming to us and let us check in 30 minutes early as the room was ready. Breakfast was good in the morning lots of options. House keeping was very friendly. However our room had a weird hand print on the wall that was kind of red/dark. The beds are very uncomfortable and springy. You can hear every single person in the hallway which makes it hard to sleep. There was also a weird clicking sound in the room that would go off. Besides that it’s an excellent location it’s close to Bari/monopoli/arberobello etc.

View & ease of entry to the hotel was really why I rated this so high. The front desk & restaurant staff were good & professional. Free parking onsite, which always a bonus (poorly maintained areas). We ate in the restaurant for dinner & breakfast. The food was tasteful, but the servers & atmosphere are very flat & lifeless.

La chambre était vraiment très impersonnelle, la salle d’eau d’un autre temps. Mais le gros bémol est le petit déjeuner : des produits de piètre qualité, des jus de fruit inbuvables.

We were not told that there will be no cards to the room and that we would have to use our phone, which required downloading of their person App. The room had mold smell, which was not safe for our health. It took 2 hours to resolve and we were given a room (after told that there are no rooms) that was sub-par by far and had insufficient air conditioning (slept in 29 C, completely sweating all night). Overall, this is the worst hotel experience I have ever had.
