The space has been completely renovated to create a loft featuring a cozy mezzanine used as a sleeping area and a spacious room below with a kitchenette, dining table, and living room with a sofa bed. The closet area and bathroom are separate. The property comfortably accommodates 3 people.
    The property is located in the heart of Old Bari, just a few meters from Piazza Mercantile and the Basilica of St. Nicholas. The sea is just a stone’s throw away. There are bars and restaurants right across from the house.
