In Barjac, between the Gard and Ardèche regions, we offer you this pretty 150 m² Mas with swimming pool, which can accommodate families of up to 10 people. It comprises a lovely 60 m² living room, a fully-equipped, independent kitchen opening onto the covered terrace, 3 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms and a games room.
And you'll be able to enjoy a large, open, natural space, in a quiet environment ideal for a relaxing vacation. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:

Day area upstairs:
- A 60 m² living room with dining room, sitting room and TV area (an insert for winter use) opening onto a large, perfectly exposed terrace with a beautiful view over the Ribaute plain.
- Fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker...

Upstairs sleeping area:
- Chambre Violette: a double bed, two single beds (190x90) on the mezzanine, a shower room (Italian shower) and WC. Accessible from the covered terrace.
- Chambre Blanche: one double bed
- Chambre Verte: a double bed and two single beds on the mezzanine (190x90).
- Bathroom with walk-in shower and washing machine
- Separate WC

Ground-floor games area:
- Games room with ping-pong table

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: bread oven for grilling (for fire safety reasons, the ashes are left in the oven), washing machine, fans, ironing board and iron...
On request: cot, changing table, baby bouncer, baby bath, baby monitor

Outside :
- A private (unheated) 9x5 m swimming pool, open from May to October (opening dates non-contractual)
- A beautiful, unenclosed natural area of approx. 1,500 m².
- A 30 m² covered terrace, with a large table and bench for outdoor dining
- A well-exposed terrace of approx. 65 m², with furniture to enjoy every moment of the day.

The house is ideally located 4 km from Barjac, in a very pleasant environment on the edge of a forest, vineyards, fields and a sheepfold. Very quiet and free of neighbors, this natural area does not yet benefit from an optimal mobile network (gray zone), which allows you to fully recharge your batteries. There is, however, internet access and a landline telephone in the house.
You'll be close to all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

Sports activities :
- Table tennis, pétanque, ball games
- Numerous walks and hikes are possible from the house, on foot, by bike or mountain bike, with a vast network of forest paths, small roads...
- Canoeing down the Ardèche, Chassezac and Cèze gorges
- Climbing in the Païolive woods

- Our local partner can offer you additional services, such as a welcome meal. These services must be booked and paid for directly on site with our partner.
- Each room is equipped with a comforter (220 for double beds or 140 for single beds) and pillows (60x60).
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates are given as an indication and are subject to change by our partner.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrivals or departures outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. An additional fee may be charged.
- All children swimming in the pool are under the responsibility of a parent with a waiver to be signed with the Conciergerie. Swimming pool opening dates are non-contractual.
