“Great location. Fun lobby. Nice rooftop (when open). Friendly staff. Nice comfortable rooms. Good amenities. Very clean. Super nice housekeepers.
Only things that need improvement are water pressure and maybe an extra or backup at the front desk - being a barista, a bartender, a concierge, and a front desk agent is just too much for one person at a time. Not fair to the employee or the guests/bar patrons (or the people calling on the phone. Lovely idea, but also a bottleneck.”
