「The only complaint I have is the beds are extremely uncomfortable. So hard you can barely sleep. I had to sleep on top of my bedding for comfort. The hotel is gorgeous and the staff’s is WONDERFUL!」

「We booked a 2-bedroom “villa” however when we got to our “villa” it looked nothing like the pictures on Expedia. Not only that but it was in the very back of the property almost in a separate unit called “villa memosa”. These looked completely different from all the rest o the units at the resort. It was my 40th bday and we complained. Fortunately the staff was receptive and showed us some of the 3 bedroom villas which were more like what we had seen when booking. 「We had an amazing stay at Epic Sana. The property is beautiful. One note is that we were surprised that to book sun beds on the beach costs 70 euros a day. I think understand charging some amount, but 70 euros seemed a bit much given that there is no bathroom or shower. Also, have a half day fair would be more beneficial as a few times we were told everything is booked while I saw sunbed available. Staff is nice, food is great. We had great vacation there.」
