We had 15 people and it didn't feel like it, Between the 5 bedrooms, game room and the huge outdoor area we had plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. I gave the location 4 stars because we only wished it was closer to the beach. But for those who don't mind not being near the beach it's a nice, clean, quiet area. “The house is beautiful new construction and had enough space for everyone comfortably. Check in was an easy transition and the host responds immediately with any questions you have.
