Beautiful location in gorgeous grounds with fabulous views of Rutland Water. We had a junior "suite" (actually one room, not separate bedroom and living area) with balcony. It was clean, comfortable and spacious although could do with more lighting (the room was dark despite glorious sunny May weather). ...

Breakfast was good and the room comfortable. We were however in an upstairs annex and the room was incredibly noisy overnight (boiler?). Didn't get much sleep

Great location and lovely views. However the Lodge felt very dated and needs modernising. Small rips and stains in the curtains, decor faded, mattresses hard and uncomfortable.
