「Very cute & clean studio size cottage with private patio in Dennis Port! Location is wonderful as you have plenty of beaches, restaurants, and shops within walking or very short driving distance. The cottage was the perfect size for my boyfriend & I. The property owner Neill was always easily available to communicate with & we were allowed to check-in early which was great!! Overall, a perfect cottage & great stay for the two of us! 」

「The keyword here is LOCATION. This cottage is perfectly located. Right on the beach. Walking distance to an adorable market with restaurants, entertainment, shops and ice cream. It's also perfectly situated to hit a ferry to Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard. It's a couple minutes drive to a fantastic new walkable shopping place with excellent restaurants. Cottage itself is very nice. Bedrooms and bathrooms were fine, kitchen was well stocked. Check out was a cinch. Perfect place for our family...

「Michaels house was simply gorgeous and included everything my family and I needed! The location could not have been better, the property was immaculate with a nice pool and peaceful beach. Michael was very responsive and helpful along the way. Our family had an amazing vacation. We will definitely be back! 」

「We loved that we did not need to touch our car in our four days of vacation. Biked both to the center of P-town and through the Provincelands National Park bike trails. 」

「The property was in a fantastic location and very well maintained. Close to everything you need but in a nice quiet neighborhood. The outdoor space was a really nice bonus too. Four of us were very comfortable staying splitting the bedrooms and the pull out couch. 」

「My family and I were very excited for our first beach vacation in Dennis Port, and Susan and Mark's condo exceeded our expectations in every way! It was spacious enough for our family of four, including an 11- and 13-year-old, to live comfortably, and everything was clean and well-stocked. The beds were very comfortable and each room had its own AC unit. The location was incredible, with a breathtaking view of the ocean each time you walked out the door! We really appreciated the beachy decor...

「Fantastic property in the center of town! Not only did the amenities meet our needs, we were in walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go, with the ability to swing by, drop things off, pick things up, and change outfits throughout the day without going out of our way.」

"AVOID THIS HOTEL One of the towels provided had a brown stain that was extremely ugly (doubt it may be undesirable marks, with a bad smell). What's worse is that I discovered it after shower when I was using it. This was unacceptable, especially for an esteemed vacation house like this. When I reported the issue to the front desk during check out, I received no apology and was told that no compensation could be offered because the booking was made through a third party (on Expedia), and the front desk could do nothing about it. He said he would report to the manager, and I received no follow-up. I find this response both unprofessional and disappointing. I also wrote an email to the management team and received no response. The general experience was unpleasant. I hope I can receive proper settlement from the hotel management team."
