In the resort 500 m from the centre of Barolo, 5.5 km from the centre of La Morra, 13.5 km from the centre of Alba, on a slope, in the residential district, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet. For shared use: property 1'300 m2 (fenced) with lawn and plants. Private: property 300 m2, garden (not fenced) with lawn and trees. In the house: storage room for bicycles. Stepped path to the house. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 500 m, supermarket 8 km, bus stop 200 m, railway station "Alba" 12 km. Nearby attractions: Turin 55 km, Asti 30 km. Owner lives in separate semi-detached house.
3-room semi-detached house 140 m2, on the upper ground floor. Bright, tasteful and cosy furnishings: living room with satellite TV. Exit to the garden. 1 double bedroom. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Exit to the terrace. Shower/WC. Underfloor heating. Heating available only from 01.10. to 30.04. Natural stone floors. Terrace 40 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (4). Panoramic view of the countryside and Castello di Barolo.
