“Our stay at this Bogotá apartment was absolutely amazing! The unit was spotless, modern, and beautifully maintained. It had two spacious balconies with a gorgeous view of the city — it truly felt like a home away from home.The front desk staff went above and beyond for us. When we requested a space heater, they brought one up to us right away without any hesitation. Throughout our stay, they were attentive, professional, and made sure we had everything we needed.”

“Although we booked our stay way ahead of our arrival date. Host decided to cancel the moment our flight was taking off to Barranquilla. I had contacted him prior to ask for confirmation of our booking, without any reply from host. Host decided to cancel with the excuse the fee paid was wrong and asking me to pay him cash as the apartment was available for the dates requested. He only refunded me less than half the amount I paid, which was over a thousand dollars. My bank took care of the claim……
