「It's a great little hotel with very nice staff. Ultra clean, beds are very comfy and it is well located.
Cons: The shower heads are rain showers with very little pressure and are too large for the actual shower area. The kitchen needs to have a few more pots and pans and utensils. They charged me a VAT upon check-in. I would have thought that would have been included in the price when I paid through Expedia. They also sent me another invoice upon my return but I am assuming that is an...

「The check-in process was horrible. I should be able to just bring my passport and check in. I had to sit there for an hour trying to log into your system to upload my passport electronically. This was an awful experience for all four travelers. For this reason, I probably will not stay there again.」
