「Not luxury by any means. Pictures are deceiving. When we arrived no towels, toilet paper, kleenex tissue. Batteries dead on remote. Both Coffee maker and keurig were broken. Was told we would have supplies delivered in the morning. No response from host. Ended up buying our own supplies. Completely ignored after that. Never again.」

「We had a fabulous 2 night stay at this property at Friday Harbour Resort. The hosts were absolutely fantastic - easy to communicate with, very helpful and knowledgeable, and added some extra touches that made our stay even more enjoyable. The property is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo. One bedroom had bunk beds, which was perfect for our kids. The unit was absolutely immaculate. With no instructions on how to access the unit, we contacted the host only to receive an email stating that our reservation had been cancelled, without prior notification. We were stuck having to find a new place to stay at 8 pm. Will not look to rent from this host again.」
