「My best friend and I enjoyed our stay to the fullest! We chose this hotel for location purposes as we attended the Boots & Hearts Festival in Burl’s Creek. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the room was clean, and beautiful, and the breakfast was the best included breakfast we’ve ever experienced! 「The front desk staff were very welcoming when I checked in. However, the air conditioner in the room was like an airplane engine, making it impossible for me to sleep all night. Breakfast seating was extremely limited, with only 42 seats. For a hotel with so many beds, this was far too few. We had to take our food and wait for guests to leave before cleaning the table ourselves.
