「The room are pretty old and dirty, I think they need to remodel the room specific the bathroom, not enough hot water after 15 minutes taking bath. I paid extra for the bathtub, and it was extremely dirty and old. It’s not worth to pay it for. Car park extra charge , not even can offer water inside the room being 3 stars hotel. The staff service is ok, no experience but polite . I’m not Recommend this hotel. Absolutely No for what I paid for」

「This is THE place to stay for a night or more in Guatemala City. Clean, lovely, comfy, and the staff understands hospitality. Couple that with the fact that it’s 5 minutes from the airport, in a gates/guarded colonia, and it’s the obvious choice. 」

「This beautiful hotel has exceeded all my expectations. It's very well located, walkable to all the places of interest. The staff members are very friendly and welcoming. The shuttle driver who took us to the airport was very professional and kind. Rooms are awesome and spacious, they have comfortable beds. It has a very nice swimming pool and gorgeous gardens. My main goal staying at this hotel was to relax and have a good time and it met these expectations. I highly recommend. You won't regret...
