「The room are pretty old and dirty, I think they need to remodel the room specific the bathroom, not enough hot water after 15 minutes taking bath. I paid extra for the bathtub, and it was extremely dirty and old. It’s not worth to pay it for. Car park extra charge , not even can offer water inside the room being 3 stars hotel. The staff service is ok, no experience but polite . I’m not Recommend this hotel. Absolutely No for what I paid for」

「This is definitely one of the best hotels in Antigua, Guatemala. It's such a lovely setting, the ambiance, the amenities, the room, all wonderful. Friendly and courteous staff make you feel at home. A bonus is that you can park your car before you check in, and everything is within walking distance, which saves the hassle of finding parking around Antigua, which can be quite challenging. I definitely recommend staying here!」

「No air-conditioning. Plenty of shops within walking distance. San Martin for breakfast is an 8 minute walk. There's a local market for fruit and cafes near by. The main city centre is a qtl 30/ by Uber. 」

「El lugar es agradable y tiene lo indispensable para poder descansar. El problema es que no hay una buena barrera entre habitaciones que evite el ruido y el personal tampoco les pidió que guardaran silencio por respeto a los demás huéspedes. Se escuchaban como si estuvieran dentro de mi habitación, en verdad fue muy molesto y no logramos descansar por un buen rato.」

「L’Aurora is a beautiful place to stay and has a thoughtful and attentive staff. Surprisingly comfortable beds for Latin American too. Their airport shuttle is quick and easy too! 」

「Quaint little hotel on quiet street near airport with shopping center nearby and 7 Caldos restaurant across the street. They arrange taxi to airport and pack a breakfast to go if needed. Wonderful staff. 」

「I recently stayed at Hotel Tejar in Guatemala. Overall, my experience was okay, though it was a bit different from what I was expecting. The location was convenient, and the staff were courteous. However, there are a few areas that could benefit from some improvements to enhance guest comfort and overall experience. With a few updates, I believe this hotel has better potential to offer an even better stay in the future.」
