“We were checked into two separate rooms instead of the two-bedroom unit we had booked. The blinds were broken, the furniture was stained, there was black mold in the bathroom, and the rooms had a horrible smell. After maintenance inspected the mold and confirmed what it was, we were moved out of that room and into one that did not have broken blinds and was somewhat cleaner. The hotel then told us that they did not have any two-bedroom units available and claimed they did not offer them on the……

“The property was very nice and a reasonable walk to downtown. It is right off the main road so does have some traffic noise at night but not alot. We enjoyed our stay. Very cute decorations and well stocked. Very nice to have dedicated parking without having to pay for it.”

“Clean comfortable place to stay in downtown Eureka Springs. Never stayed in a former storefront/museum location before but it made a perfect studio apartment with quick and confident access to downtown. We’ve stayed in various cabins and Victorian bed and breakfasts in the area but this made a great base camp from which to launch from each day and a place to retreat and regroup after a busy day.”

So many wonderful extras and small touches provided by the host (nice shower products, excellent coffee, small snacks, bluetooth speaker to use, etc) made our stay extra special. Highly recommend for a great Bentonville getaway!”
