Hyatt Regency O'Hare Chicago
8/10 Good
"Room I checked into had non-functioning balcony doors. The front desk was helpful and sent over an engineer who confirmed the doors didn’t open. They relocated me to another room with a closet that had a very strong odor and a vent in the bathroom that smelled like food. The phone probably hadn’t been wiped in forever - it had gunky crusted stuff in the creases. It’s an older hotel that feels tired. Thankfully I only had an overnight stay. The front desk was very helpful, but I wouldn’t stay there again."

"Had an amazing time at Champaign Lounge in Willowbrook! It’s always a good feeling to leave a place already wanting to come back, and that’s exactly how I felt. Such a memorable visit and easily worth five stars. If you’re in the area, this place deserves a visit!"
Holiday Inn Chicago O'Hare – Rosemont by IHG
