「Great location. Up three flights of stairs but once there, we enjoyed our area above others. It was nice to relax in the hot tub after being on a beautiful lake fishing. We had a couple requests for our boat and traier that were not offered and Shirley took care of our needs and accommodated us as best as she could. Great communication as well. Very easy check-in and we had our keys in hand with a map and apleasant smile within minutes of our arrival.」

「Amenities were great especially the hot tub and nearby Saco River beach. Room was clean and modern. Pizza was delicious at Matty B’s. Also great place to launch from for Mt. Washington auto road or cog railroad. Payment structure and cleaning fees were a little confusing, but this was our first VRBO.」

「Stayed in the summer time. Great location, easy to get to, nice clean place. I would definitely consider staying here again. However there’s two important things to note…there is a sky light in the bedrooms with no blinds so 6 am (or earlier) you’re awake with the sun. Also, there is a conjoining room (like a conjoined hotel room) and the door is paper thin. Could hear clear conversations and their tv through the door. I slept on the couch near that door and I was using ear plugs and a white...
