Summary:

The rental price must be paid by bank transfer. In addition to the displayed price, the following expenses are to pay in cash upon arrival:

The Space:

Wonderful Finca in rural environment with panoramic view and private pool. A very beautiful and cosy house with very good furnishing.



Lovely garden with typical spanish ambience. With aromatic herbs, fruit-, olive- and monkey-trees.



The house has a living-dining-room (with air-condition), kitchen (with dishwasher), 3 bed-rooms, 2 bath.



Big roofed terrace and sun-terrace directly at the pool.



Parking lots for several cars on the plot.



Guest Access:

The keys will be handed over directly at the house by the caretaker. Please get in contact 1 week before arrival to confirm the arrival time. To him are to pay the additional expenses like final cleaning etc.



The Neighborhood:

The house is located on the country without neighbors. To the village its about 1 km.



Getting Around:

Supermarket and restaurant about 1 km. To the next sandy beach is about 15 km.



The area around Barx is a well-known and popular area for mountain hikes. There are several wonderful hiking trails that are a treat for nature lovers.



Horse riding possible (please ask the agency for the contact).



Other Things to Note:

Minimum age of the tenants 25 years. Groups with singles are not accepted (we only accept families with children or couples).

Small dog possible till 10 kg and more than 1 year old.



The arrival and departure has to be on Saturday in the main season (its to request for other days for the lower season).
