Located on the first floor of a traditional Lombard house , this apartment is part of a typical “lòbia” in the heart of the historic center of Barzio , in a small street that leads to the church and the main square.
The house overlooks a quiet interior courtyard and preserves the authentic charm of mountain houses, with wooden balconies and panoramic views.
The apartment is reached via a shared staircase . At the entrance there is a cozy living area with an open kitchen, dining table, sofa, TV and decorative fireplace (not usable).
The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook independently.
The bedroom offers a double bed and a bunk bed , for a total of 4 beds, and is equipped with a wardrobe and a window overlooking the garden.
The bathroom has a shower, toilet, bidet, sink and washing machine.
From the shared terrace you can enjoy a wonderful view of the bell tower and the Valsassina mountains, perfect for a break in the sun or for eating outside.
Note: the bell tower rings daily, but the room, overlooking the garden, remains quiet.
💚 Guests can also access the large shared garden behind the house, not visible from the street, ideal for relaxing or reading in the shade.

The Piani di Bobbio cable car can be reached on foot or with the free winter shuttle .

The entire Casa Lòbia , consisting of three independent apartments, can be rented entirely for large groups or more families who wish to share their vacation while maintaining their privacy. In accordance with local regulations, the Municipality may apply a tourist tax.
The tax must be paid prior to check-in, during the online registration process. The amount is calculated automatically by the system after entering the guest details.
Failure to pay the tourist tax, if applicable, may result in the cancellation of the reservation, as it is a mandatory requirement set by the Municipality. Check-in: Check-in at the property is allowed only after all guests have been registered and the contract has been signed. The standard check-in window is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM; guests are kindly requested to send a message at least 12 hours in advance, specifying a 30-minute time slot for their expected arrival.  
For late check-in, availability must be confirmed by sending a request to the House Manager.  
Where available, guests may opt for self check-in; however, in this case, they must contact the property to arrange an in-person meeting within the following 24 hours.
