Cheaper option than stating in Basel. Only a 25min tram from the city centre. We chose this location for the local German parkrun. Hotel was basic but very clean and beds were comfy. Breakfast continental and good value for money. We were positioned at the back of the hotel which was very quiet.

This is a good and clean hotel with excellent transport options and nearby shopping. The number 8 tram stops are a one minute walk away. One direction goes into Basel reaching several popular areas including the Messe convention area and the main train station. The other direction goes into the Weil am train station and shopping areas. Across the street of the hotel is also the Rhein center with several shops and restaurants that open late. A park and the pedestrian bridge to France are also only a few minutes away. The room itself even though simple was reasonably clean, warm and comfortable. One issue is housekeeping was only done on the 3rd day which I wasn't aware of before.

If you want cheap yet efficient this works. It’s not fancy but clean, and safe. Solid 3.5 stars. The staff could have been more helpful they are more for people who don’t need much or don’t have questions about the area.

B&B good choice for quick stay

Very clean. Great light breakfast buffet. Just right for a one night trip before catching a Rhine River Cruise. The docks are a 10 minute taxi ride. Room was very quiet, bed was comfy. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Clean, noon checkout time which is lovely. Bed comfortable and good location for going to Basel without the price of Basel. Would stay again. Covered parking below the hotel with is fab and keyless entry to room

Basel 2025 March

Conveniently located in the boarder of Germany, Swiss, and France. We walk across the bridge to enter the French side. There is a shopping center across street from the hotel so there are plenty restaurants to choose for lunch or dinner.

Good facilities. Stayed for nine nights. Receptionist was very helpful assisting with the transportation to the airport early in the morning. We had problems with our phones connection on the morning we were leaving. Thank you. We had pleasant stay.
