“预定价格278欧，酒店比预定的价格多收了46欧，离店前对此提出疑问，出示写清楚所有价格的预订单并要求退钱，酒店答应我会查询一下并尽快处理。但是退房后在我多次主动询问下，还是没有处理。hotels的客服帮我打电话发邮件联系，也没有回应。服务态度十分消极，非常不好的体验。We were overcharged by €46, and the hotel does not intended to refund the money after I told him the mistake he made.Hotels's custom service helped me to call them ,but no answers.Very terrible experience .Great city, but bad hotel service！！！”

“The hotel was in a great location and the gentleman at the front desk was very helpful with restaurant recommendations. The room itself was quite large, though the furniture appeared decades old and the bed needs replacing.”

The property had lots of charm and a great atmosphere. The only downside for us was the bathroom, which felt quite small, and getting in and out of the shower was a bit awkward. “Posizione centrale e, sebbene in ZTL, comoda da raggiungere. L'appartamento (il nostro il n. 3) è dotato di ogni comfort ed comodo per 4 persone. Il bagno presenta qualche segno di usura e/o di scarsa attenzione da parte degli affittuari, ma di fatto la stagione non è ancora iniziata quindi immagino che l'host, con la medesima cura che ha dimostrato in ogni dettaglio, provvederà a sistemare anche questo. La domenica (come i festivi) la colazione non è al bar ma in camera ed anche in questo caso……

“The hotel is ok but nothing fancy or modern. The entire building needs attention, walls are dirty with scratches or partially painted. The shower has multiple sports with mold around the silicone or tile joints. TVs are very small. Breakfast was ok but not the best pastry. Parking is available at not cost If going to the cruise terminal there is a shuttle service for $15 euros per person.”
