「已是第二次入住， 價錢好，地點很方便」

「Overall: Good stay, but limited food options The breakfast here was really excellent — fresh, tasty, and plenty of choice. That was definitely the highlight of my stay. However, the lunch and dinner options are quite limited. The menu is mostly sandwiches, pizza, pasta, and steaks — not much variety at all. In my opinion, the food just isn't worth the price. On the plus side, the drinks are reasonably priced for a hotel.」

「Spa is the worste ever.. Mould between the pool tiles.. Steam. Room. Door not working... In the room shower with mould... For. 4 stars is quite unexpected」

「it was fine but bed very small」

「We chose this hotel/pub as it was close to the Bombay Sapphire distillery, I think most people staying were there for the same thing. We were not too sure what to expect as their communication has been awful, I emailed several times over the last few months and had no response at all. I had emailed and asked for an inside room after reading several reviews saying that the outside stable rooms were dark and dingy; needless to say when we arrived we were booked into an outside room! Which means I had the curtains open to let as much air in as possible- not nice for a ground floor room that backed into cars. The electric...

「Lovely room, quiet location」

「Lovely staff, lounge areas are exquisite. Restaurant is very expensive, as are all beverages from the hotel - even before the 12.5% mandatory service charge. Expect a dinner bill of £200 + for just two guests and one bottle of wine - it really is not worth it for the minuscule portions.」

「We’ve booked one night here at first, then we decided to go there one day before and booked one more day. We told the reception lady when we arrived check in, she said it’s ok, no need to do the check in again and we could stay in the same room. The next day at ten mins before ten, a housekeeper locked on our door and told us to check out. We’re surprised and told her our case, she told us to check with the reception. Then the reception said we’ve to check out and come back by 4 to check in...

「A quiet place to stay. The hotel is next to train station, very convenient, easy to reach. 」
