Dude trip 2024

This place was great, there were 14 of us and we never felt cramped or crowded. The place is huge. Private lakefront yard and dock were amazing! Walking distance to shopping, bars & restaurants. Plenty of parking, outstanding views big kitchen with all the cookware we needed. Had a lot of fun on the first floor with the pool & poker tables. Really happy & thankful for this place!

Space for Everyone!

Lots of bedrooms and space for everyone! Conveniently located within short walking distance to the Pines. Our family of 18 really enjoyed our stay!! The property manager was very responsive and quick to help with anything we needed.

Humphrey’s Lakefront

The view of Bass Lake is amazing! The house location is perfect for walking to the Pines center for groceries and dining. The house is very spacious and comfy for large family gatherings. We loved it!!!

The Perfect Place

The location is on the lake. It is easy to find, it is beautiful on all four floors. It is roomy and has so many amenities. It has a fully ready kitchen and plenty of bathrooms plus a conveniently placed washer and dryer. We had a surprise snow in the middle of April and it was handy to have a dryer. It has EVERYTHING you can want in a cabin.

Lakefront Home

Huge lakefront home with great private dock. Prime location-quick walk to the Pines Village. Vacasa was super responsive and helpful during our stay. Nice large kitchen. Carpets were really dirty with stains everywhere and air conditioning didn’t work in one of the second floor bedrooms-we had to sleep hot with windows open while the rest of the house was nice and cold. Still, would stay here again.

Beautiful lakefront home

This beautiful home easily accommodated our family for our annual retreat. A bonus (that we didn't need) was there were two rollaway beds plus a sofa sleeper which would have added even more places to sleep.Four full bathrooms were a defininte bonus. Right on Bass Lake and a beautiful view. Seamless and easy from start to finish. I received texts and emails as our weekend approached which made everything easy and worry-free. We would definitely recommend this home and we would love to stay again!

Great big home, but needs a ton of TLC

This was a great home as far as having lots of bedrooms and space for our family vacation and for people to spread out. BUT we were disappointed in how used and abused this home was. It doesn’t appear that regular maintenance happens on this house after people break things. It also does not look like it gets a thorough cleaning in between renters, and the carpet is absolutely disgusting and stained.

Wedding Weekend

The carpet was nasty, the house smelled bad, needed more bathrooms for the size of our group (8), no working hair dryers (and no response when we asked about getting one on Saturday) and to top it all off - the house ran out of propane gas the morning we were supposed to host a post wedding brunch for our daughter (15 people). We had no hot water, no gas so ... last minute brunch had to be rescheduled to Duceys. Since we were leaving the next day, all of those groceries went to waste. The gas guy did come out that morning but it was too late and he said the propane tank is too small for the house.

Beautiful house with Amazing View

We spent a fun filled amazing few days at Humphreys in the holidays. The house is beautiful and have this great view to the lake. The house is fully furnished with all the bedding needed. The kitchen is fully equipped as well. We loved it ! The only cons we found was the downstairs room with the bunk bed was not heated. It was too cold for the kids to sleep in that room. The Wi-Fi speed was very low. So some of us who had planned to wfh did not have wifi fast enough to work. Great stay overall !

Dock in the lake front

We had a great time, plenty of beds. Could use a little more cleanup of spider webs inside, the home is so large (8000sq ft) it likely is hard to see all areas. The lakefront and covered dock was great and exactly what we wanted. The kitchen is spacious, plebty of seats for like 15+ people. We had a great time here and would stay at Humphreys again!!
