"No hot water. We booked 3 rooms for 6 people and in each room it was the same. All of us had tepid showers. :( There was no communication between the evening staff and the morning staff. We signed up and paid for 5 breakfasts and they tried to charge us again in the morning for 6 breakfasts :( On the positive side, it was super close to the cruise port and the shuttle to the port in the morning ran smoothly. There was a good choice of restaurants near the hotel. "

"Spent the afternoon and evening before a cruise. Check in went smooth. Arranged for ride to ship and was 5 euro each. Breakfast was included also.."

"The location is closed to restaurants and shops. It's about 10 mins walk to the free port shuttle bus. Our room is on the 2nd floor without elevator, luckily we have only carry ons, our room is ok clean and continental breakfast was offered. I will select a different hotel if I visit again."

"Clean room, concise check in instructions. Ideally situated in a lovely piazza with restaurants and bars nearby. Great location if like us you are going on a cruise. Port is within walking distance even with my wife’s luggage!"
