belle maison, belle piscine Dommage que l’évier de la cuisine et de la salle de bain à l’étage étaient bouchés…. Cela créait des débordements d’eaux usées avec des odeurs désagréables sur la terrasse.

Long week-end en famille avec des amis, 8 adultes et deux enfants
Maison normande moderne, très bien équipée. Nous avons fait un barbecue, mangé dehors, les enfants avaient de la place pour jouer dans le jardin. La piscine était chauffée et jolie, on était tellement bien que les enfants n’avaient plus envie d’aller à la plage, qui n’est pourtant pas loin!

Points positifs : jolie maison avec beaucoup de charme, bien située autour de nombreux lieux de visite, une piscine agréable et sans vis-à-vis. Points négatifs : aucun accueil, un ménage minimaliste voire même inexistant dans la cuisine (le bac de la réserve d'eau de la cafetière était marron, la vaisselle sale, un lave-vaisselle bouché et avec un morceau de verre brisé, un four encrassé, le tapis de piscine pas nettoyé et j'en passe ...). Nous avons eu un problème de chauffe-eau dès le début de la semaine du séjour. Un problème qui n'a pas été résolu donc une eau à peine tiède (froide) durant toute la semaine pour 5 occupants et un propriétaire pas réactif.

Moyen et déçu !
Il y a pas mal de choses à dire: - Communication minimale avec le propriétaire - Annonce ne correspond pas à la réalité. 9 couchages si nous comptons un lit tiroir (pour enfant) et non 10 - Une salle de bain en enfilade avec les chambres et la seconde uniquement accessible par la chambre des enfants (lit superposé) - A notre arrivée, maison salle nécessitant de faire revenir la personne de la conciergerie qui a fait un minimum. Location qui nécessiterait un nettoyage approfondi de l'ensemble des pièces. Très déçus de cette réservation.

Maison confortable et bien équipée, pas tout-à-fait conforme à ce que propose l'annonce (10 places réservée, mais 9 couchages, garage couvert mais non disponible). Communication minimale du propriétaire malgré plusieurs sollicitations précises. Sans compter un problème électrique à l'arrivée, qu'on a dû régler par nous-mêmes.
