Room 31 was clean and tidy, but the shower was too hot, and a leaking tap. The room we were moved to (127) was also very clean and tidy. The staff were very nice and helpful. The hot tub/jaccuzi could have been warmer. When we went in it was not very warm.

Room very warm & cosy, lovely underfloor heating in the bathroom. Not really a wardrobe but a small cupboard with hanging space!! Fab food, great breakfast but you can’t have a latte coffee at breakfast!! Also breakfast finishes at 9.45am even at the weekend! Lovely dining room and great bar. Definitely ...
