The location is excellent, you can walk to all the main attractions… but honestly the hotel itself has so much to offer, we enjoyed having a drink on their beautiful terrace and spending time at their lakefront. "Technical savvy needed ie. texting,email,video. This is really a first class air B and B. Central and walkable. Good newly renovated solid apartment building. Clean, quiet, good air conditioning( mid)September. Safe. Serviced every day with new towels . room done quietly and efficiently. Never saw another human as everything done silently and efficiently by phone. Near ancient Arena but with double glazed windows never heard anything. Would definitely stay again."

"Great hotel right on the water. food is very good and you are in the heart of Sirmione. You can easily organise car parking and then there is an easy shuttle service to the hotel. Very nice atmosphere. Breakfast buffet was incredible. only criticism: A hotel of this size should have a gym or access to a gym"
