“The place was locked up when I arrived and had to wait 15 minutes for the proprietor to open the door! Very worn room which needed a refurb as did the whole place to be honest! Inaccurate listing details: there is no restaurant, just a bar, so no food. Not one of my better choices but the pictures and details do look a lot better than the reality.”

“The host Paulette and Simon were very accommodating. We arrived at 1:00am in the morning. I called them for direction to our lodging. They met us at our car with flashlights and friendly smiles. They checked in with us regularly to see if we needed anything or wanted suggestions to places to eat etc. The home was clean, quaint and historical ( build in 1700’s). Modern accommodation ( dish washer, washing machine). Vineyards surrounding us and a lovely pool. I highly recommend Le Prielle and……

“Super location lovely staff. Food very good, especially main dining room. Rooms very dark and designs very odd. Large old rooms updated but black padded wall coverings on walls and floors and ceilings was a bit much. It gave it a dark and dingy feel. Doors were old and you could see outside through the door. Not sure what style they were trying to convey No complaints just a little odd”

“Superbe hôtel a l'ancienne.

“Hotel confortable, accueil chaleureux.
