「This was a great property for our friends getaway visit to Austin. The property was clean, comfortable, and spacious. It was the perfect location for a weekend visit for a concert at Emo’s on Friday night and floating the San Marcos River on Saturday, while still very close to all the other things to see and do in Austin. Highly recommended. 」

「We had a great experience renting all 3 bottom units for the week and an additional upstairs unit for a few extra days. The venue was very accommodating to all of our needs and requests. We stayed over the Christmas holiday so the venue's bars and stages were closed during most of our stay, but be aware it can get loud at night when fully open and from neighboring bars. Really enjoyed the space and hospitality overall. Having the live music and smores on our last night was a perfect ending! 」

「The property was exactly as it was listed. We booked it for a bachelorette party and it truly exceeded all expectations of cleanliness and comfort. It was located in a safe part of town and had everything we needed and then some! Grocery stores/coffee shops were within walking distance and downtown was only about a 10 minute drive. Communication with the property owner throughout the time was impeccable. Overall, cannot recommend this property enough! Will definitely stay here again next time...

「The place looks just like in the photos in a nice area. Communication with the hosts was a delight. They were very accommodating and did everything for our large group to enjoy our stay. We traveled in 7 motorcycles and a large SUV with a trailer. The property had ample space, is comfortably furnished and nicely decorated. 「We were in town as contractors to COTA for the NASCAR race. We had to spend 12+ hours a day for 7 days on-site and wanted to have a better space to come "home" to than a hotel room. This 3/2 was the perfect location for that. It is a great themed-design rental with plenty of space in every room, and a well-provisioned kitchen.
