To chill and relax with family this is the place. Sunday breakfast buffet was excellent. Breakfast the other days was superior. Staff was there to help, security patrolled regularly, we felt very safe.

Although there was a typhoon during our stay the staff was very friendly and attentive. When I first entered my room I noticed the toilet water wasn't working. The receptionist had it fixed immediately while we tried the mango grill restaurant. The food was of good proportion. The plating was attractive and the food was delicious. I would definitely book again next time.

I liked that the room was quite large and spacious. It was rather remote and out of the way. I wish the electrical outlets had been 3 prong. I tried to request an adapter but it seemed they only had one and someone else was using it. I ended up pulling the guard plate off and plugging in my laptop using just two prongs. I was a bit worried about an electrical fire, but it ended up working out okay in the end. That was the only issue I experienced there. The staff was very nice and accommodating.

The rooms need to be updated. I was also disappointed at how rooms were not cleaned well. The buffet dinner selection was ok but it would have been better if the food tasted fresh. The breakfast however was a tad better but was too heavy with pasta! Although the service was prompt with housekeeping and front desk ladies were courteous, I probably would not stay again...

Nice quiet resort with great pool

+ Nice pool and pool area + Good sized rooms. Nice and clean + Food in the Mango restaurant was good and large portions + Staff was friendly and helpful. + Always on power in the room + We got complimentary Breakfast even if we didn't book breakfast though hotels.com who wanted a laughable amount for it. - The safe in the room and the remote for the AC didn't work when I checked in. I reported it to the front desk and they promised to have someone come fix it, they never did. - If you come by bus to Batangas and have a bit of luggage it can be hard to get it to the hotel since it's a bit far from.. everything. We ended up using trikes to get there but that was lett than an optimal solution, worth calling the hotel and ask them to come pick you up. - It was a bit windy while we where there and leafs and other debris blew into the pool and the grounds crew was not very tentative to clean it up making at least parts of the pool undesirable. - Breakfast was ok but nothing very exciting. Good omelet.

I like its privacy, not crowded but i wished they provided us slippers also they need to make sure they are serving hot and clean food. What disgusts me much was i found a hair strand on mg veggie salad..so disappointed ugh.

The hotel was a clean but some insects were there. Water pool was smelling kinda chemical something. Location is outside of central city but you never use a car that was recommanded by the hotel, very expensive.(around 5,000 peso). Restaurant was good but a little bit expensive compare to outside restaurant. Front desk have no any other information about somewhere or something to eating for the customers. They just need to customers stick their room and spend money for them. If you wanna have a day in here, you have to rent a car. If you don't you cant go out everywhere.
