the room was super nice, spacious, clean and cozy. There were various choices for the buffet breakfast which is out of our expectation. We will definitively come back if we visit bath again. Thanks again Gemma for welcoming us.

Great location, disappointing room
Great location and friendly staff. However the room is considerably small given the price of the room, for 2 person without luggages, we had to keep moving the furniture in order to move around. The heating in the room took a long time to heat up and the bathtub in the room did not work.

Room without air-conditioning
My family resided in a room with air-conditioning in out of service, hotel staff arranged with electric fans to cool down the room. It seems like common situation in UK hotel during summer.
