「The TV remote was difficult to figure out on my own.
The breakfast buffet lacked healthy choices. No healthy dry cereals and no oatmeal. Limited fruit selection and no nuts. Hot water was lukewarm.」

「Tylee at front desk and Jessica in breakfast area were topnotch and both were recent hires. Excellent customer service skills. Cleaning staff very friendly and helpful.
Parking staff accessible and safe.
Breakfast was far beyond usual. Cheese omelets, sausage links, grits, bagels, cranberry scones, muffins, waffles surprisingly good. Very clean - ranked 100% by health department which I have never seen before. Would definitely stay at another Hampton Inn and hope it measured up to this...

「Room looked fine in terms of flooring, furniture , chair and bed linens. Unfortunately as I sat and relaxed I kept seeing little bugs creep out. Then saw bugs creeping out from under the bed frame. Then saw roach run across side of the mattress. Even though it was 12:40 AM. I packed up and left. I had layed a bath towel at the hallway door to keep out the light.
