Well located in Bath. City is a good jumping off point to use to visot coastal Maine.
Ì did not realize the suite was attached to the house. I thought it was a separate building. "Shared" Laundry is a bit superfluous considering most visitors must be there for a short stay. I would rather have had a hanging space, hooks or other, in the room and had a sound proof door closing off the laundry. A bit of a lack of privacy because of this arrangement. Otherwise the space was clean, bed was comfy and towels were nice and absorbant. I comfy chair in the room or just outside the front door would have been a welcome addition. Overall I would give it a good rating

Awesome rental
Rental is very new, very clean and in excellent condition. Our host provided everything we could possibly need - coffee, water, sleep masks, shower gels, shampoo, etc. and extra treats - chips, chocolates, so very thoughtful. Washer and dryer available- lawn chairs, bbq grill and deck furniture available for use. Grounds beautifully maintained and view of the Kennebec River was awesome.
