Overall stay was great I had my train lad in the evening, and they accommodated me regarding leaving the hotel after checking out hours which was very kind from them. Simple breakfast, lots of parking space.

To whom it may concern I usually dont say anything about noise but this actually is not fair to us who paid for a room to stay for away time to study for a course we r taken and tge noise is extremely loud. Balls hitting our door kids screaming right in front of our door . Iam very very upset. Plus the smell of stale cigarette smoke hit us right in the face when we open the door also the amount of ice and snow we had to walk through and on to get to the door was extremely dangerous especially my husband and I have disabilities and walk with a cane. I almost wanted to go get a refund and leave . We did tell the front desk out complaints and other issues apparently cant be mentioned when leaving a comment, which i totally understand, but all the said to me was oh sorry!!!!!!.

We stayed there 2 different occasions in January. There was hardly anyone else staying at the time so it was quiet.We brought our dog too as they allow dogs.All stores and restaurants are within 15 min walk which is very convenient

It was easy to use the laundry room. The room was clean and we could easily get more towels and other items in the room. Breakfast was not so good.

We arrived later in the evening. When we went to our room, the bed was not made. The sheets were sitting on the bed folded up. Went to front desk to ask about it but they seemed to be too busy so we had to make the bed ourselves. When we checked out, we mentioned we would like a discount because of this but the staff did not seem concerned and did not offer any help.

When we arrived around 6 pm our room was freezing they had not turned the heat on and it was a cold snap that day. It took hours to warm up. Also the gentleman at the front desk was very polite but he couldn't communicate very well as he couldn't speak english well but we managed lol . We were in room 122 but the back entrance to the parking lot was not shoveled. There was alot of snow and I use a cane or walker. I feel it should be shoveled and salted so nobody slips and gets hurt. We couldn't find the guide on the tv either not sure if there is one but usually there is. The bathroom never warmed up the floor was freezing cold.

The bed was comfortable. Carpet had large stains, only one light bulb was working in the bathroom so a little dark, tv had 5 channels but 3 were frozen sreadfast and the others froze intermittently. Room key wouldn't work on outside doors so needed to enter through main entrance. Staff were friendly especizlly housekeeping as she had to let us in the back dood when our key wouldn't work. The key worked fine for the room.
