“The location is great very convenient close to the train station , tram and Sydney road. The property was very clean and tidy. The communication with the hotel staff was on point and very efficient they were all so helpful. However, they lost a few stars based on the hardness of the bed. It was not comfortable. Also before booking the property we weren’t aware there was a bond. We found out afterwards. Plus they don’t release the bond straight away. It can take up to a week to get it back so……

You might find something in your room that might not be working properly like a heater in my case which isn’t a big deal when you’re getting probably the best bang for buck in the area. When I presented the heater issue the staff were fast, friendly and helpful with a replacement heater. For the price the room was excellent. Highly recommended”

“Free tram zone is just 1-minute walk. The view is amazing as no blockage from surrounding buildings. The room is spacious and the bed is so comfortable. We have a well sleep every night. ”
