"The room was clean. However, when we went to use the towels, we noticed that they was 32 of them had stuff on them that I don’t even know. Wanna know what they are. We also found multiple bugs in the hallway none in our room. The next morning, we thought we were at least gonna have our room clean. The housekeeper gave us only two towels, even though the first night we have four and two washcloths they were very I guess strict on how many towels you could have, but we wind up having to take our own trash out, never made the beds. Nothing was wiped down. the staff at the front desk were nice. There’s only one elevator so if it’s a lot of people there I can take a while."

"I didn’t try the gym, I wasn’t there long enough. Everything and everyone was nice and professional. "

"Everything was very nice, staff were also very nice. We enjoyed it all very much. We will be returning for sure. The only thing I suggest for guest benefits would be a mini fridge in the room."

"Excellent Hotel all around from customer courtesy to awesome breakfast. Also in walking distance to many restaurants as well as the State Capitol."

"The room was clean and comfortable my only issue was the air conditioning didn’t work and when I went down to the lobby to get my problems resolved they just turn my air conditioning off… contacting the front desk was a task, the room phone didn’t work and nobody answered when I called off my phone. "

"My first visit, bed was great rest of room dated, housekeeping only came on request day 1 and did not come at all day 2. Had to beg for new towels took over an hour to get, no pool towels, had to ask for them as well. Pool was full of leaves and small trash. Management just is not paying attention and taking the location for granted. "
