We will work to have any such vehicles removed from the premises as soon as possible.Most troubling, however, is your comment about the air conditioning unit in your room not effectively cooling the space. Maintaining a comfortable temperature in the guest rooms is essential, and we regret that we fell short in this area. We will have our maintenance team thoroughly inspect the AC unit and make any necessary repairs or replacements.Please accept our apologies for the inconveniences you experienced. We take this feedback very seriously and will use it to identify and resolve the issues you have described. If you use a third-party reservation system, it always throws them for a loop when you check in. This delay is the check-in process and after a long day of driving. Very frustrating. Also, there’s so is terrible. And a little bit of food to give you for a breakfast is very minimal.
