Clean, no bugs, freindly staff. Not the most up to date place but its really inexpensive and gives you a place to sleep. Pics online show a pool table/bar area. That no longer exists and the swimming pool is empty. But otherwise id stay here again. My second time staying and didnt dissapoint.

Our stay was okay overall. The room was clean, which we appreciated. However, the WiFi on the TV didn’t work during our visit, and there seemed to be some miscommunication about our late check-out. We paid for the late check-out and confirmed it the night before but were still woken up early. Other than that, the stay was fine.

We were looking for an inexpensive place to stay for a couple of nights and Baton Rouge West Inn was perfect for what we needed. The motel is well used but the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the AC worked perfectly. If you want an innexpensive place to lay your head and you don't need much else, this is a good place to stay.

Worth the price

Definitely worth the price, which is a low price. Plenty of parking, close to I-10, strong AC, nice TV. Room smelled like cigarette smoke, the pool is *almost* empty with some water still in it, making for a great breeding ground for mosquitos.

Paying just 50$ per night , probably hotel was exactly according to that. But it was nice and clean and no bugs . Though the pool was out of order and empty so hotel should not endorse it anymore.

Its the perfect place to stay if you need a 34 or even a layover like i did last night. $51 is hard to beat, lots of truck parking right next door and all kindsa food within 3 minute walking distance. Room was nice n cool, clean n bed was pretty comfy. 5 stars all around id say!!
