The bistro was a cool area with good food/coffee options but there was rarely an employee there to take your order, so it was basically unusable. There was also rarely an employee present at the front desk when I walked through. Shower door and balcony door in my room did not work properly. This hotel has great potential but could use some improvements. Air conditioner worked great.
