Not clean at all. Looks like that had a child working the front desk while the parents slept in the back. The room was not clean at all and smelled horrible. I would not suggest. The staff looked confused when I was trying to check in.

So the staff did not seem all there. Then the pillows in the room are pillow cases stuff with sheets. There is no working ice machine even though Theres an ice bucket. The TV cable Does not work at all front desk will not answer the phone do not stay here the bed is a very very old box spring hard (mattresses) there's a huge hole in the bathroom door. The sink is gross there's looks the be something written in blood on the outside of dressers night stand by bed. The inside lock on door is broken.

When I made the reservation there was no note of property under construction. The building is dirty, the refrigerator smelled. I had issues trying to get extra towels. the bed is also on some sort of a metal box so every time the person to either side of you hit their bed you heard a loud Metal bang. the list goes on but again they are renovating so I will chalk this stay up to that being the issues. I would not recommend anyone staying here until they finish the renovations. Like anything, there is potential if the property owners upgrade the place to the standards they would feel comfortable staying at their selves.

This property sucks. Got there checked in went to dinner came back and was locked out of my room. Went to the office to reactivate my key not once but twice still didn’t work. The locking panel apparently needed new batteries. They changed the batteries it still didn’t open the door even after using the master key. They had to pry it open with a tire rod so we could get our things out of the room. They assigned us another room but it wasn’t the same one that I had booked. Also I booked a non smoking room and the gave me a smoking room twice. Wasn’t happy at all. Will never book again.

My nonsmoking room smelled like someone smoked 50 packs a cigarettes a day for 10 years in it. The carpet was dirty. Pool was torn up. Property was not very attractive.

Do not stay here! I walked into my 1st room and found hair all over counter and in sink, and a cigarette burn in pillow for a non smoking room. They gave me another room stating this one would be clean. Same thing in this room, hair, stains on bed. The walls need paint, everything looks like it's falling apart from shower curtain ripped, hair dryer not working, holes in chair and door had been kicked in at one time and not fixed. The walls are so thin, next door woke me up at 6am yelling. The owners need to update and fix almost everything in the room. Thin blankets, no extras. Took too long to check in with a room that wasn't air conditioned. I had to go back to finish checking in because they couldn't get printer to work. Was given a key that didn't work. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at!

Lobby is closed, ring bell & wait for outside check-in. Property was about 1/3 full with many first floor empty rooms, yet she would only let me have a 2nd floor room. No elevator, 13 concrete steps to climb. Room was hot, old and in great need of repair. Dirty, bed cover had somethiing stuck on it, I don't even wan't to try and guess what it was. The tile that goes around bottom of wall in bath was broke off & just left laying on floor, tub does not drain well, bath counter had water & debris on it. Cig burns on tables, covers, counter, etc. The metal (hollow) room door had been kicked in before, you can see the indention of a hard kick. But, heres the one I've never seen before! I will write exactly what is on the key holder. ... then you decide if this place is for you. GUEST SAFETY TIPS! ALWAYS USE DEADBOLT SECURE VALUABLES REPORT SUSPICIOUS PERSONS OR ACTS NEVER OPEN DOOR PRIOR TO VERIFYING ID

Apologies for inconvenience but we had guest requested reservations to the bottom floor so we have to block those rooms for them for non smoking rooms so that was the reason to give you upstairs and we are sorry for such issues you had to face during your stay and we will definitely work on that. Worst place I’ve ever stayed. This should not be advertised on the site. There was black mold all over the ceiling and a cup up there catching the water that was dripping in from the cracks in the ceiling. Everything was covered in burn holes. It’s so bad.

Ok for a night, dog friendly.
Although our expectations were not super high because of the price we paid. We were pleasantly surprised upon our arrival on the outside asthetics. The outdated furniture while checking in gave me an idea of what to expect of our rooms. Sarah checked me in w a smile and although their was a problem she made it work and yes they do have dog friendly rooms but I would suggest you calling them in advance and letting them know you will be bringing your fur baby! We got a non-smoking room that smelled like smoke, again the room decor was truly out dated other than the upgraded TV set. the drawers didn't open and if they did it was not clean, the shower need a remodel. Their was a hole in the bathroom door. As far as I know they have new management and are trying to upgrade the place. Hopeful they do and people start giving them better stars.
