Ashley was amazing and provided every amenity. The unit was clean and supplies were abundant. The environment was warm and cozy. I loved the porch with the rocking chairs and the cozy fireplace ,and the kitchen was amazingly stocked. I will rent this beautiful cottage again when I come back to Baton Rouge thank you Ashley.

The kitchen was fully functional and well designed so that two or more persons were able to work in it at the same time. The bedrooms were more than adequate in size with comfortable beds and plenty of storage space. The bathrooms were of such high quality that they could be described as just short of state of the art. The retro front porch added curb appeal.

Great place and location!!

We had a quick trip in to watch Banana Ball. Booked last minute. But you never would have know! Our host was responsive, kind, and easy to deal with. The property is beautiful, comfortable, and in a perfect location! We enjoyed it so much!

Girls Trip

The house was great. We were two friends traveling in the area and we each had our own room and bathroom so very convenient. Exactly as pictured. Area was good. The kitchen was well stocked with what you needed to cook including many spices, although we did not cook. I would recommended

Wonderful visit

This little house is amazing. Great for families of 3 or 4. Ashley the owner does not spare any details. She had shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and she even included razors and make up wipes. She also supplies the house with bottles of water, which is unheard of nobody does that. She also had a couple snacks for us coffee.. This place lacks nothing. Because I had to stay for seven days she had laundry detergent as well. The beds and pillows are extremely comfortable as well and I’m super picky.Any anytime I come to Baton Rouge this is the place I will stay. Thank you Ashley.

Bowling trip

The house is adorable! The land scaping was inviting. All open concer was great so we could all be included in everything. Beyond clean and omg I fell in love with the tub! Way better than any hotel! The owner is very responsive. Pssst can you tell me where you got those pillows!

We absolutely loved this little historic cottage, we felt right at home and very safe. The beds were amazingly soft and very very comfortable. All the linens, down to the kitchen accessories, and including the bathroom toiletries were top notch. It was so refreshing to stay at an amazing property like this - than being stuck and confined to a hotel room during our stay in Baton Rouge. Thank you so much Ashely for your great hospitality!! Oh, the best part of our stay was enjoying and sitting on the front porch!! Wow, you can’t do that in a hotel. See ya next time!! Your friends from Oklahoma!!

What a fantastic home! We have stayed in rentals all over the world and this house we'd love to just pick up and plunk down to live in. An older home in a cute downtown-adjacent neighborhood that has obviously been lovingly restored. All the modern livabilty with a few nods to history. Fantastically clean. Easy walk to the River Center and very close to the interstate without having to hear it. We met a couple of people walking dogs and they were very nice. COLD air conditioning and high powered ceiling fans kept us completely comfortable. Comfy foam beds and pillows, plenty of living room seating and an eat in kitchen was perfect for our family of three. Lots of towels, toiletries in the bathrooms, dishes and cookware in the kitchen. Large main shower and separate garden tub. Walk in closet with lots of hangers. Very pleasant communication with owner (NOT a management company!). The only little hiccup was an unexpected visit from the house cleaner while we were out. The owner called and told me what happened so we wouldn't be panicked when we returned and saw beds made and trash removed! No hesitation to stay here again. Thank you for sharing this great home with us, Ashley!

This is the place to stay

The home is as listed, beautiful inside and out. Location is close to downtown and only took us less than 5 minutes to get to Raisin Cane convention center. It is close to several other attractions as well. The property manager is great and was able to assist us in any of our needs. Why pay more when you can get this home.

Quick getaway!

The house was very clean had comfortable beds and was in a nice quiet neighborhood. We sat on the front porch and had coffee in the morning which was really relaxing. We were close to everything that we wanted to do. I would definitely reserve this property again.

Absolutely Perfect!

We had a fantastic stay! The property was absolutely perfect in terms of location—close to everything we needed. The house was spotless and very well-maintained. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly, which made us feel right at home. One of our favorite features was the front porch with rocking chairs—it was so peaceful and relaxing. The grandparents especially enjoyed sitting out there in the mornings, listening to all the birds. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again!

Thank you for the use of this great property! It was perfectly located and comfortable! The only thing is, right above the door into the master bedroom door outside, it’s a wasp nest! They never messed with us but wanted to let you know. Thank you again! Hope to visit again

Storm damage handled quickly

We arrived before cleaning person was done, she said she was done but several things were not clean.Storm blew water in back door which was obviously rotten already . Reported problem to owner who responded quickly but had workers come twice during our stay to address the damage. Not ideal.

Fantastic stay, centrally located near downtown

Absolutely the best! Everything was perfect. Only minutes away from River Center for bowling and lots of places to see and eat within 15-30 minutes. Don’t miss out on this wonderful little house in a quiet neighborhood.
