STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE This is the worst stay I ever had. I was travelling with my family and we were all disappointed at the state of the room where we stayed. We could’ve looked at other motels/inns but we arrived close to midnight and will leave early in the morning. Anyways, the first room that was given to us, the bed sheets were dirty! There were stains on the sheets who knows where it came from. We asked the reception if we could switch rooms and they gave us another room. Oh well the new room that was given to us wasn’t any better- stains were also visible on the bed sheets, lamp shades were in shambles, the bed frame was wobbly, stains everywhere even on the bathroom door! When I laid on the bed, I felt itchy. The bath towel was dirty and stains were still visible probably from previous users. Good thing we brought our own towels to use. There was an open pack of bar soap at the sink and I had to throw those away. Honestly, what is housekeeping doing? are they even washing all linens properly? We even found an ice cold water bottle in the freezer probably from previous occupants that housekeeping did not even remove. If only I can give 0 stars. Never again to this place. Avoid this place at all costs. I’m a tourist from Europe and this is my first time in the USA and this will leave a bad impression on me. This should be reported to the authorities for poor hygiene and sanitation. Even the outdoor “pool” that can be seen from our window looks like a swamp.

Staff support was non-existent. Property was disgusting. The floors were disgusting. There was hair ALL OVER the bed and surroundings, the outlets did not work, there were ROACHES, the tub was disgusting, there was no remote for the TV, the fire alarm was disabled…. I could go on and on. 0/10 would not recommend! The staff gave zero cares that our stay was this terrible either.

The visit was beyond bad. Our room floor was dirty, the bed had hair in it, the bathtub had hair and dirt in it as well, and there was a used toilet paper roll in the room with what looked like poop. I brought all of this up to the person behind the counter and nothing was said. All he did was stare at me. I will not return to this disgusting place

The bed top sheet had a blood stain and the shower had some black hairs in it. Would have left if we hadn’t got in at midnight and was leaving at 9 am. Would not recommend.

Room felt very dirty. There was a roach in the bathroom. Furniture was broken. The smoke detector was wrapped off the wall. The hair dryer caught fire when I turned it on. Elevator was also broken.

Room was dirty, plumbing was messed up. Whole building smelt of cigarette smoke. I checked out as soon as I saw the state of the room. Have requested a refund through Expedia. Will never book here again.

Holes in the wall, filthy AC unit shower curtain, dirty toilet. Pool area closed and looked out of post apocalyptic movie, filthy with random item floating in it. Elevator out of service, room smelled of something strange, no desk phone, smoke detectors ripped off walls with evidence still in place. Room itself was relatively clean, bed was clean and although AC unit was dirty, it did work well. I took pictures of everything. It appears as though the hotel was closed and trashed at some point and the new owners are attepmting to restore it, its just not there yet.

Not bad enough to immediately check out

The general atmosphere was charming, bright, open, beautiful plant foliage in reservation area. Elevator not working, only available rooms on 2nd & 3rd flrs, skimped on soap/towels (obviously worn towels), mini fridge was unclean & freezer compartment wa frozen solid, needed maintenance to service bathroom/bedside lighting & some small roaches were detected in bathroom & beneath mini fridge.
